Beware of third party intervention when booking. I thought I would book directly with the property rather than my usual Booking.com because I wanted the property to get more money. I clicked a link while booking for an extra 10% off and I ended up being brought to a third-party which I didn’t realize until after so I ended up spending an additional $40-$50 on this property Because of this. Not happy. Next time I will book with Booking. Com.

Breakfast was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating when I asked for a little later check out so that my grandson could get a full nap in. Thank you!

Restaurant/places to eat in Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South - Austin Landing

The location of the hotel is excellent for the business I needed to conduct. The food was very good as well. The room was large and comfortable for 1-2 people. There were so many shops nearby as well, but it had just snowed, so very cold!

The location was great. Room was nice, little awkward if you leave the bathroom door open it's so close to the entrance. Other wise it was clean and quiet. The server was so kind during breakfast they even remembered us from the previous day! And was worth getting for me and my husband.
